RepairSmart processes the ZIP code, selected repair, skill level, and optional symptom description you submit. The service may also process IP address, request path, response status, timing, and a random request ID for rate limiting, security, reliability, and aggregate product measurement.

Third-party services

When enabled, symptom descriptions are sent to DeepInfra for repair matching. Repair and ZIP-derived search terms may be sent to Serper for retailer and professional-cost search results. Following retailer, search, video, contractor, or sharing links takes you to independent services with their own privacy practices.

Storage and retention

RepairSmart does not provide user accounts or store repair histories. Aggregate counters and operational logs may be retained for service operation. Search-result caches may contain search terms derived from repair type and ZIP. Do not submit names, addresses, medical details, access codes, or other sensitive information in the symptom field.

Cookies and advertising

The application does not require advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. A hosting provider may maintain necessary infrastructure logs.

Your choices

You may browse repair pages without submitting a symptom. Do not use the interactive analysis if you do not want the described information processed. RepairSmart does not currently provide accounts or a direct support channel.
